Your questions, answered.

Yes — our five spaces can run independently. A board meeting in the Baird, a reception on the Terrace and a dinner in the Raeburn can all happen on the same evening.

Yes. Day delegate rates can be tailored to your brief and typically include room hire, three servings of tea and coffee, lunch, full AV and stationery. Your coordinator will build the right package and confirm pricing for your group.

Projectors, PA systems and sound are included across most rooms. Specialist kit — mics, stage lighting, streaming — can be arranged on request.

Our in-house kitchen covers most briefs, from breakfast buffets to fine-dining banquets. External catering is considered case-by-case for specialist cuisines.

On-street metered parking is available on York Place. Our concierge can arrange secure car parking nearby and shuttle service for delegates.

Conferences and large events book three-to-six months ahead in peak season. Meeting rooms can often be booked same-week, subject to availability.
